Journey OS Coaching is built around a 5-step repeatable process designed to move your company from $1M to $10M in the shortest time possible.

 

01 Journey Fitness 

This all-day kick-off meeting is designed to set the pace and provide immediate relief to common business pain points so you can get further faster.

02 Chart Your Journey 

Every journey has a destination. This two-day session focuses on providing absolute clarity on where you're going so your team can focus 100% of its resources in the same direction.

03 Quarterly Checkpoints

This quarterly off-site provides team accountability and charts the course for the next 90 days. You'll align behind your vision, plan your OKRs, solve the biggest problems you're facing, and set your team on an all-out sprint for the next 90 days.

04 Annual Checkpoint

This two-day off-site focuses on charting your path for the following year. You'll set strategy, target new annual objectives, get your team on the same page, create OKRs for the next 90 days, and solve your biggest problems.

05 Monthly Coaching

To ensure you stay on track to grow your business, we'll meet on a monthly basis to review progress, solve pain points, and keep your team focused and effective.
